We’ll discuss your planned end-customer portfolio, typical VPS sizes, and your SLA and branding requirements. The reseller account itself is free and includes 10 free development hosting accounts for testing and presentations.
Define and migrate VPS packages
You define your end-customer packages, and we provision the VPS instances on the platform. We migrate existing VPS setups from other providers, including VMware VMs, completely free of charge and without downtime.
Sell and operate
You set your end-customer prices freely and decide for each customer whether you will invoice them yourself or have peaknetworks bill the end-customer directly. During operation, we handle the managed SLA, including updates, patches, and backups.

Are the VPS instances managed, or can my end customer administer them themselves?
Every VPS at peaknetworks runs on an SLA Managed or SLA Full-Managed plan. We handle platform operations, updates, and patches. Within the VPS, the end customer has full root access and is free to implement their own applications, configurations, and services.

Which operating systems are supported?
We support all common Linux distributions, FreeBSD, and other BSD variants, as well as Windows Server. For special requirements, we verify compatibility on a case-by-case basis prior to provisioning.

Can I migrate existing VPS setups to peaknetworks?
Yes, completely free of charge. We migrate KVM instances, VMware VMs, and traditional cloud servers. For larger inventories, we coordinate the migration individually with you and your end customers, without any downtime.

Where are my customers’ VPS instances hosted?
Exclusively in data centers in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. There is no outsourcing to US hyperscalers. Upon request, you will receive a data processing agreement that you can pass on to your end customers.
