The discount applies with no minimum sales requirement, no setup fee, and no complicated contract models.
The tiered discount applies to all web hosting packages you assign to end customers through your reseller account. It automatically increases with your active portfolio, without the need for manual adjustments or renegotiating contracts. Domains are excluded and continue under standard terms.

How does reseller hosting work in practice at peaknetworks?
You sell hosting, we provide the underlying technology, but what does that look like in day-to-day operations? Resellers at peaknetworks manage their customers centrally via the control panel: creating new hosting accounts, assigning plans, connecting domains, activating SSL certificates, and setting up mailboxes all take just a few clicks.
There are no contract terms per customer, no manual ordering processes with our sales team, and no waiting times.
Scaling happens automatically as your business grows. You can manage individual web hosting accounts just as easily as entire customer portfolios with hundreds of sites. If a customer’s website outgrows shared hosting, you can migrate it internally to cloud hosting or a VPS without any migration effort or data loss.

What do you need to set up your own control panel?
You’ll need the highest discount tier, your logos and CSS color definitions, and your own subdomain, such as panel.your-brand.com. Once these are provided, peaknetworks will integrate your branding into the control panel.

What is the discount rate for resellers?
The discount is based on the number of active hosting accounts: 10% up to 10 accounts, then 20%, 30%, and 40% in increments, and 50% for 41 or more accounts. Domains are excluded.

Who handles support for reseller customers?
You provide first-level support to your customers; peaknetworks handles second-level support. Upon request, we can handle your customers’ inquiries entirely on your behalf, without any visible contact.

Can I migrate existing customers to peaknetworks?
Yes, the migration is free of charge. Our technicians migrate websites, domains, mailboxes, databases, and VPS instances from your current provider to peaknetworks without any downtime.

Where is customer data stored?
All hosting services run in data centers in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, in compliance with GDPR or FADP, and without any U.S. infrastructure. You determine the location. A data processing agreement is available upon request.
